Beyond Excited

Do you ever have that moment where you find a piece of clothing at a store that you like, but aren't completely sure if you like it or not, but then you realize you really do like it after pondering about it for a while? Maybe that was confusing, but I definitely had that moment happen just yesterday. Madewell is one of my favorite stores, but it tends to be on the pricer end so I like to shop their sales (unless I have a coupon or something). Since it was 4th of July weekend, they had a special going on where you could get free shipping AND 30% off sale items. Oh my gosh was I in retail heaven. ;) I had been looking for a cute pair of printed skinnies and I knew Madewell sold them, but I didn't want to pay $90 for a pair (heck no). So I found this adorable pair of vintage floral print skinnies while scanning the site and at first glance I was like..meh, I don't know what I'll wear these with. But as I thought more and more about it, I realized how adorable they were (I mean y'all know, if you know me well, know I like all things flowery. I mean look at my Tumblr. That'll explain a lot ;) ). End of the story is, I bought them and they ended up only costing me $45 which I felt was reasonable considering they are a cute print I can wear with many things I own. I just hope they fit properly (knock on wood) because I ordered the last pair in my size. A picture of the adorable pair of pants I ordered is located below. :)

    6. Is tumblr like pinterest or do you upload your own photos? I'm considering making one, but if it's just like pinterest I probably won't, since I already have a pinterest haha. Oh lets go to both! :)

  3. Umm Tumblr is different than Pinterest (it's kinda similar, but not). I'd say Tumblr is more artsy and you follow other people's blogs and can reblog gifs, photos, music, etc! I think you should totally make one! Look at my Tumblr and it should give you an idea of what it's like :)

  4. When you make one (if you do) you can also borrow my theme so it makes things easier for you! Just go to my tumblr blog and click on "theme" and it'll show you how you can use that as your blog theme :) For the floral background I just found that and added that to the theme. the basic theme is just a plain color in the background I think...
