Seven somethings

Sooo my pal, Dylan, is a pretty frequent blogger and she has been nudging me to post on my blog. Oh how I love that girl. Anyways, she mentioned how on her blog she does this thing called "seven somethings" where you share seven random things about yourself. The idea basically sounded pretty brilliant to me sooo here it goes...

Something I watch: Parks and Recreation! That's definitely one of my most favorite shows. I've been watching it for quite a while now. I also recently started watching Breaking Bad and I love that show as well.

Something I listen to: This is basically one of the hardest questions ever, but, to put it simply, I love listening to indie music. Most anything under the genre "indie" I will most definitely enjoy listening to. I'm really digging Tegan and Sara and Childish Gambino right now though. Oh, I also finally admitted to liking Chris Brown. ;) What can I say...I like jamming to his good beats.

Something I read: Well, I recently started getting back into reading. It's not something I enjoy, but I'm trying to get myself to enjoy reading. Right now I'm reading The Scarlet Letter by Nathaniel Hawthorne and I'm enjoying it so far!

Something weird about me: I type with my index fingers (and occasionally I'll add an extra finger here and there)...yeah, embarrassing, I know, but hey, I type really fast so HA!

Something I'm excited about: I get to go back home to Washington in less than two days! Yahoo! It's been 4 months since I've been home. I've been missing my pets, parents, and friends like crazy! Can't wait to catch up with my peeps and eat yummy food. I love this time of year!

Something I'm about to do: Probably read my scriptures and then head to bed! I'm pretty psyched because I get to sleep in a bit longer tomorrow since my 8:30 am class was cancelled. Woohoo!

Something confessed: Sooo I recently found out what "make it rain" meant...my friends informed me that it is when you toss money at strippers. Yeah...definitely not even close to what I thought the phrase meant. Here I was thinking that it meant throwing wads of money up in the air and dancing under it as if the money were raining on oneself. Yeah...awk.
